DeLafée in at the world barista championship in Tokyo

DeLafée sponsors Anna Kaeppeli, Swiss National Barista champion. Anna Kaeppeli made it to the final of the world barista championship in Tokyo this year with her signature drink "Brown Gold". "Brown Gold" is made with DeLafée chocolate. Here is the recipe of "Brown Gold".

Brown Gold

Prepare a Grappa glass with a topping of DeLafée edible gold Chocolate.
Put 2 Double Shots Espresso in a shaker
Add 1 spoon Honey in the shaker
Add 1 dl vanilla cream and 0.5 dl cream
Add some nutmeg und pepper
Add 4 ice-cubes and shake well
Place a DeLafée gold chocolate on top of the glass
